Main Line Times Reports on Mark Fridkin
May 6, 2007

According to the May 6, 2007 issue of Main Line Times:

Schmidt, Kirifides, Pearson and Koutcher of Media, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, announced that Gladwyne resident Mark Fridkin, Esq., has joined the firm as a partner.

Fridkin brings with him more than 25 years of experience in plantiffs’ personal injury having previously served as a partner with Marks, Feiner and Fridkin, of Philadelphia.

"Mark Fridkin has established a leadership role in plantiffs’ personal injury, representing clients injured as a result of medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, defective products, slips and falls, and general negligence matters,” said Eric Pearson, a partner with Schmidt, Kirifides, Pearson, Koutcher and Fridkin.

A Montgomery County native, Fridkin attended Harriton High School before earning a bachelors degree in history from Temple University in 1970.  He graduated from the University of Toledo School of Law in 1973.  He resides in Gladwyne with his wife Terri.

Q. How long will it take to resolve my case?

Typically, it takes about a year for a Workers' Compensation claim to go through the court system, although there are instances when a settlement or agreement is reached before the case ends, and other times when the litigation takes longer. Each case is different.
